What we collect: When you register as a candidate or submit a vacancy as an employer, we collect the information you provide through our forms — for candidates, this typically includes your name, contact details, work experience, and job preferences; for employers, this includes company name, role details, and contact information.

How we use it: Candidate information is used only to match you with relevant, verified job opportunities and to share your profile with employers you are being considered for. Employer information is used to list vacancies and coordinate candidate sourcing and screening.

Where it's stored: Your information is stored in a private, access-controlled database (Google Sheets, accessible only to the WRKBASE team) and is not made public. Only vacancy details that have been reviewed and marked "Published" are shown publicly on the website — no candidate personal data is ever published on the site.

Who we share it with: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Candidate profiles are shared only with employers relevant to a specific opportunity you're being considered for. We do not share your data with unrelated third parties.

Your rights: You can request to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing us (see Contact). We will act on such requests within a reasonable time.

Retention: We retain candidate data only as long as reasonably useful for matching you to opportunities, or until you ask us to delete it.

Terms of Use

• WRKBASE is a candidate-employer matching service. We do not employ candidates directly and are not a party to any employment contract between a candidate and an employer.
• We make reasonable efforts to verify vacancies before publishing them, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, or availability of every listing at all times. Always verify a role and employer independently before sharing sensitive personal information.
• Use of this website and our forms is at your own discretion. You agree to provide accurate information when registering or submitting a vacancy.
• You may not use WRKBASE to post fraudulent vacancies, misrepresent your identity, or solicit payments from candidates or employers on our platform.
• WRKBASE reserves the right to remove any listing, profile, or user from our platform at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or misuse.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Employer Disclaimer

• WRKBASE assists with candidate sourcing, initial screening, and shortlist coordination. Final hiring decisions, interviews, offers, and employment terms are entirely the employer's responsibility.
• We do not guarantee that any candidate referred will be suitable, available, or accept an offer. Employers are responsible for independently verifying candidate credentials, experience, and identity before hiring.
• Any placement fee is payable only as separately agreed in writing between WRKBASE and the employer, and only upon a successful hire resulting from a WRKBASE referral.
• Employers are responsible for ensuring job listings submitted through WRKBASE are genuine, legal, and accurately described.

Candidate Disclaimer

• WRKBASE does not guarantee an interview, job offer, or employment of any kind. We share opportunities we believe may be relevant to you; the hiring decision always rests with the employer.
• Always independently verify an employer and role before sharing sensitive documents (ID proof, bank details, etc.) or attending any paid step of a process.
• WRKBASE is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or employment practices of any employer you are connected with. Any dispute regarding employment terms is between you and the employer.
• Registering with WRKBASE is free and will always remain free for candidates.

Fraud & Scam Reporting

Job scams are unfortunately common in this industry, and we take this seriously. If you are contacted by someone claiming to represent WRKBASE who:

• Asks you for money, a "registration fee," "training fee," or any deposit,
• Asks for your bank details, OTPs, or card information,
• Offers a job without any application, screening, or interview process,

...it is not a genuine WRKBASE communication. Please stop responding and report it to us immediately at hello.wrkbase@gmail.com with as much detail as possible (screenshots, phone number, WhatsApp handle). We will investigate and warn our community where appropriate.
